Return Policy
At Mary DiSomma, we take great pride in the quality and care behind every product we share with you. We want your customers to be just as delighted as we are, which is why we’re here to make sure you feel confident in every wholesale order.
Unwanted Items
We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. You may return up to 15% of your initial order quantity, as long as the items are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the reseller. For all return requests regarding unwanted items, please reach out to cooking@marydisomma.com within 30 days of receiving your shipment so we can assist you promptly.
Damaged Goods
If any items arrive damaged, please let us know right away. We’ll make it right by replacing them—no hassle, no extra cost. For all return requests regarding damaged goods, please reach out within 10 days of receiving your shipment so we can assist you promptly. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
